Packaging: cardboard tri-fold (6 panel) digipak style cover (medium spine with text, printed antique off-white on inner reverse side), clear plastic tray, (no booklet). Square cardstock insert ("Inaugural Edition Hybrid Disc 2002"), back side has various collectible images (that appear to fit together to make a large puzzle-like collage - at least 16 different variations, numbered in lower right corner).
