Shipping Policy – Mile High Vinyl

Orders placed through the Mile High Vinyl website ship via Canada Post, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays that may affect post office hours.

Most orders ship the same day or the next business day after purchase.

Residential vs. Commercial Addresses
We currently ship to residential addresses and PO Boxes by default. Commercial addresses often incur higher Canada Post rates.

  • If you request shipment to a commercial address, we will provide an updated shipping quote.

  • The adjusted amount must be paid before the order is shipped.

  • If you choose not to proceed with the revised rate, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive an order confirmation by email, and for services that include tracking, a tracking number will be provided once the parcel has been shipped. Tracking is only available on shipping options that include tracking through Canada Post.

Free Shipping in Canada
Orders of $89 CAD or more (before tax and after discounts) qualify for free shipping within Canada.

International Shipping
International shipping is also available through the Mile High Vinyl website. Please ensure you include a valid phone number with your shipping information, as it is required for customs documentation. US orders will also not be processed at this time.
