Part of ABKCO's 2002 re-issue of 22 titles in their series of the Stones' catalog, on hybrid CD/SACD.
This variant has mastering SID code L275 (no mould SID). No other plant/factory markings in the matrix ring but likely a Sony Japan factory. 

Disc face states "Made in Japan".

Pressed on a gold CD. Disc faces states Stereo but plays mono.

Issued as a 6-panel digipak, with a "Certificate of Authenticity/"Inaugural Edition Hybrid Disc" card, which also has a numbered, partial black & white photo on the back, that becomes a photo from "Their Satanic Majesties..." when combined with other cards in the series.   

May have an ABKCO's Remastered Series 'hype' sticker adhered to the shrinkwrap.

Historically, this album is known as just "The Rolling Stones" in the UK and "England's Newest Hit Makers" in the US. This re-issue shows  the first title on the back and the spine and the second title on the front cover and disc.

DSD Remastered.
Inside digipak: "This disc actually has two layers. One is a normal CD. The other layer is a Super Audio CD (SACD) of the same repertoire. Both layers benefit from Direct Stream Digital (DSD) encoding which captures every nuance of the original master tapes."

Can be played on any standard Compact Disc player.
