Issued in a jewel case with an embossed Warner logo on the back lower righthand corner, a clear tray, and a 20-page booklet. All housed in an o-card. The barcode appears only on the o-card.

The song writers are credited three times in the booklet:
(1) On page 17 of the booklet, where the songs are listed individually in three batches, with the first batch credited to "Jeffrey Hyman/John Cummings/Douglas Colvin/Thomas Erdelyi". The second batch consists of only "Let's Dance," credited to "Jim Lee". The third and final batch is credited to "Joe Ramone/John Ramone/Dee Dee Ramone". The first and third batches both include the song "I Can't Be". Neither "I Don't Care" nor "You Should Never Have Opened That Door" are included in any batch.
(2) On page 18 as "All Songs Written by the Ramones, except: 'Let's Dance' by Jim Lee". 
(3) On the back of the booklet as "All songs written by the Ramones, except 'Let's Dance' written by Jim Lee".
