Similar pressing to [r=396870 and [r=14969518.  However, unlike [r=396870 and like [r=14969518 there is an SID code present.  However, what differentiates this release from the other two is the rear cover.  At the top right hand corner under the "Important Notice" there is a box with black text that states "For sale only in the USA.  Not for export." (See images).  This text is NOT present on [r=396870 or [r=14969518, at least according to the images associated with those releases.  

Regarding the date of 1994, but without a month listed, according to RSG §5.2.d, SID codes were gradually introduced in September 1994. Releases with SID codes cannot have been made before September 1994.  Furthermore, according to [l299089 the year may be established by the matrix pattern on the disc, which indicates this disc was made in 1994, sometime between September and December.
