Parcels are shipped via Canada Post Monday through Saturday, excluding statutory holidays. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation message along with a tracking number. Free shipping is available on Canadian orders valued at $89 or more.

Lettermail Untracked shipping available for $5 throughout Canada.

Lettermail (Untracked Shipping)

Lettermail shipping is available within Canada for a flat rate of $5.

Lettermail is an untracked service offered to reduce customer shipping costs. As this option does not include tracking or delivery confirmation, refunds or replacements are not available for items shipped via Lettermail that are claimed not to have arrived.

Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, though holiday periods and seasonal volume may result in additional delays.
